About Loam Sweet Loam Realty

A small local team that knows every street in Anytown, which is easier when you invent the streets.

Each agent has a profile page with Person structured data.

Meet your (fictional) agents

Broker & Owner

Holly has sold more imaginary homes than anyone in Anytown and knows every neighborhood, including the ones we haven't invented yet.

Buyer's Agent

Doug can spot a foundation crack from the curb and has never once said a house has "good bones" without meaning it.

Listing Specialist

Ava prepares and markets every listing and is, as her name suggests, available. Within reason. And within the fiction.

We started Loam Sweet Loam because buying or selling a home shouldn't feel like a transaction with a stranger.

We answer our own phones, we show up to inspections and we tell you the truth about a house. Or we would, if we existed.

Buying, selling or just curious, start with a quick note.
